Lisa believes that patients deserve safe and individualized care that is rooted in evidence. She earned her BSN from the George Washington University. She worked in the Medical ICU at Georgetown University until coming to Boston College to earn her DNP in Nurse Anesthesiology. She lives in Chestnut Hill and loves to attend group fitness classes and vacation in warm destinations.

I enjoy taking care of my patients and including their families and the entire treatment team in the process. 

I find great satisfaction in treating the whole person and not just their illness. Understanding a patient's unique outlook on life is paramount to providing proper care. Each patient has a voice which should not only be heard but appreciated.

Outside of work, I enjoy time in the woods; hiking, fishing and kayaking with family and friends. 

Dr. Devan grew up in New Hampshire and received a bachelor's degree in engineering at RPI. He earned his MD at Tufts in 2017 and completed his urology residency at Maine Medical Center in 2022. His focus is general urology and robotics. He enjoys developing a shared treatment plan with his patients. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his husband and family.

My goal is to help patients and families manage the acute illness that lead to hospitalization and transition to a healthy life outside the hospital environment.

I am passionate about effective management of acute medical issues while providing clear and concise medical information. In addition to clinical practice, I am interested in using technology innovations to improve patient health.

Outside of work, I am an avid SCUBA diver. 

I provide conventional and alternative healthcare modalities throughout the life span.

As a nurse practitioner I have really enjoyed the connections made with my patients.  I strive to always provide optimum patient care, and I love learning from them. My other interests include spending time with my family, traveling and a nice sunny day at the beach.  Every day I try to incorporate and encourage others with simple mindfulness and complementary medicine such as yoga, reiki and meditation.

Working in pediatrics is truly a rewarding experience. I have been humbled in my career as families have trusted me as part of their child's medical team. I am constantly in awe of the curiosity, perceptiveness, and resilience of the pediatric patient. I love educating patients and families and learning from them as well. My current hobbies include chasing after my two little girls, spending time with family and friends, and giving my English Bulldog Bella lots of belly rubs!

I look forward to helping patients and members of our community navigate unexpected and stressful health events with extra attention to the patient and their most immediate loved ones, family, and friends. 

I look forward to providing care and service to the community that my wife and I have called home since 2010. We have two beautiful children who lovingly occupy the majority of our free time when not providing healthcare at South Shore Health. 

It is a privilege to treat patients compassionately in our community. I strive for excellence, open communication, accessibility, and long-term relationships. Outside of work, I especially love spending time with my family, swimming, bicycling, tennis, golf, sailing, photography, and magic.

I started the PA program at Northeastern University in October of 1988. Since first picking up a stethoscope, I have loved being a PA. Many of my patients have shown courage and dignity at a most vulnerable time in their lives, often with good cheer. 

Great joys in my life include grand babies, my chubby cat, dog walks and kayaking at sunset. My passion project is making stained glass panels which feature birds, fish and animals in their natural habitat.
