On Saturday, April 27, more than 200 cowboys and cowgirls came together “As One” to attend the 16th annual Kickin’ Up Country for Home Care event hosted by The Friends of South Shore Health.

The Friends of South Shore Health’s 2022 Kickin’ Up Country for Home Care event raised more than $28,500 to support Home Care services.

It was a wonderful Walk at Weymouth High School - and thanks to the generosity of our community, this year's Walk set a new fundraising record!

Jim and Mary Bristol and Rose Di Pietro, MSN, MBA, RN will be the recipients of a unique Luminaria medallion honoring "Home Care Champions."

What started in 2006 as a program with one nurse and 30 machines has grown to include coverage seven days a week using medical equipment that has the capacity to remotely monitor up to 175 patients.
