Helping Patients of All Ages Stay Healthy and Active
When it comes to your health and wellness, regular exercise plays a key role. Exercise is good for both your mind and your body.
Regular exercise can improve your mood, help with weight loss, and help you feel more lively and energetic.
South Shore Health's Center for Physical Wellness offers patients and community members a number of different ways to get active and stay healthy.
Offering expertise with a personal approach, all classes are designed to help you build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
Services include land- and pool-based community exercise classes, personal training, and virtual exercise classes.
Classes for chronic conditions, injury recovery, and more
Our exercise therapy classes can help patients with a number of chronic conditions, including arthritis, osteoporosis, cardiovascular issues, and more.
In addition, we offer exercise therapy programs for patients recovering from a stroke, experiencing muscular weakness, recovering from a total joint replacement procedure, and for pre- and post-natal mothers.
Our goal is to ensure that you have a fun, safe way to get the exercise you need — regardless of your age, mobility, or level of fitness.
Not sure where to begin? Please call 781-624-4367 to speak to our team about which class is best for you! You can also try any class for free.
