South Shore Health's rehab protocols have been developed with care by our therapists and clinicians. The goal of these protocols is to guide you through your rehabilitation process and to get you back to health as soon as possible.
Our protocols are available as PDFs, which allows you to view them online or to print them out for offline use.
In order to participate in our land, pool, or virtual Community Exercise Programs, participants must fill out a participant waiver, physician clearance form, and health history form.
