In an effort to ensure that patients of all abilities have access to high-quality rehabilitative services, South Shore VNA recently launched a Home-Based Outpatient Rehabilitation Program. This unique program offers patients the opportunity to receive occupational therapy, physical therapy, and speech therapy services in the comfort of their homes – without requiring a homebound diagnosis.
