South Shore Health Urgent Care offers a number of different occupational medicine services, including pre-employment screenings, DOT physicals, and treatment for on-the-job injuries.

A Department of Transportation (DOT) physical is a health examination mandated by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) for commercial motor vehicle (CMV) drivers.

A DOT physical helps determine if ​​​​​​a driver is physically, mentally, and emotionally fit to operate a CMV. South Shore Health Urgent Care make it easy to get your DOT physical and stay on the road.

South Shore Health Urgent Care can be an alternative to the Emergency Department for a variety of workplace injuries.

If one of your employees gets hurt on the job and needs stitches, an x-ray, or other care, we’ll be ready to help with walk-in services to assess and treat their injuries.
