As expectant mothers worry about giving birth during the COVID-19, South Shore Health has taken extra precautions to keep moms, babies, and staff safe.

Thanks to a Cohasset couple's generous gift to South Shore Health, mental health clinicians will now be sent out into the community with EMS crews.

Thomas McCarthy, ChFC®, AIF®, Managing Partner of KAF Wealth Management, was named a finalist for the Community Service Award from the Invest in Others organization, which honors financial advisors nationally for outstanding charitable work. In recognition of McCarthy’s service and commitment, the Invest in Others Charitable Foundation awarded $25,000 to South Shore Health in his honor.
