I enjoy helping people stay healthy through preventative medicine, as well as treating both developing and ongoing health issues. I especially value getting to know my patients over time.

My mission is to engage patients to participate in their medical management.

Dr. Devan grew up in New Hampshire and received a bachelor's degree in engineering at RPI. He earned his MD at Tufts in 2017 and completed his urology residency at Maine Medical Center in 2022. His focus is general urology and robotics. He enjoys developing a shared treatment plan with his patients. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his husband and family.

I really enjoy working with the pediatric population. Kids are so energetic, willing to learn and eager to challenge themselves. The beauty of pediatric primary care is that one day is never the same, every child is so unique. There is always new knowledge to gain. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, swimming, and vacationing on Cape Cod.
