My mission is to promote patient advocacy by giving my patients a voice, protecting their rights, and ensuring their safety.

I went into anesthesia because of a positive experience I had while undergoing surgery. I felt like a person, not a number or specimen. It's that personal touch that I strive to provide to each patient I'm honored to care for. My family is my rock; my friends are my power; my patients are my passion.

My mission is to provide culturally competent, evidence-based, and compassionate care to improve the quality of life of all of my patients. 

Medical care that not only tends to patients’ physiological ailments but imparts a sense of emotional comfort is the preeminent force in my practice. I completed my training at Tufts University School of Medicine, where I received a Masters Degree in Medical Science and another Masters Degree in Public Health.

My goal is to help patients and families manage the acute illness that lead to hospitalization and transition to a healthy life outside the hospital environment.

I am passionate about effective management of acute medical issues while providing clear and concise medical information. In addition to clinical practice, I am interested in using technology innovations to improve patient health.

Outside of work, I am an avid SCUBA diver.
