Dr. Devan grew up in New Hampshire and received a bachelor's degree in engineering at RPI. He earned his MD at Tufts in 2017 and completed his urology residency at Maine Medical Center in 2022. His focus is general urology and robotics. He enjoys developing a shared treatment plan with his patients. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his husband and family.

Kelly Lannutti, DO is the Director of Clinical Transformation and co-Medical Director of Mobile Integrated Health (MIH) for South Shore Health.
She is originally from Philadelphia and completed her medical training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Lannutti joined South Shore Health in 2017 as the Chief of Urgent Care at South Shore Medical Center (SSMC). In 2019, Dr. Lannutti became Medical Director of Urgent Care for South Shore Health and recently moved to the Population Health and Contracting team.
In her current role, Dr. Lannutti oversees clinical initiatives and innovative care redesign programs including Mobile Integrated Health, Hospital at Home, Telehealth, and Remote Patient Monitoring.
Dr. Lannutti is passionate about rethinking how healthcare is delivered and establishing South Shore Health as a leader in innovation and value-based care.
