I grew up in southern Maine and attended Harvard University for my undergraduate education. While at Tufts University School of Medicine and Mount Auburn Hospital in Cambridge, my focus was on primary care medicine. I believe in the dignity of each of my patients. Respect, compassion, and reliability are among my goals in patient care. In my free time, I enjoy the outdoors and the arts, usually in the company of my family. 

It is a privilege to treat patients compassionately in our community. I strive for excellence, open communication, accessibility, and long-term relationships. Outside of work, I especially love spending time with my family, swimming, bicycling, tennis, golf, sailing, photography, and magic.

I started the PA program at Northeastern University in October of 1988. Since first picking up a stethoscope, I have loved being a PA. Many of my patients have shown courage and dignity at a most vulnerable time in their lives, often with good cheer. 

Great joys in my life include grand babies, my chubby cat, dog walks and kayaking at sunset. My passion project is making stained glass panels which feature birds, fish and animals in their natural habitat.
