A 13-year-old Norwell boy is using his Christmas savings to spread Super Bowl cheer to kids at South Shore Hospital.

IMPACT Melanoma Foundation and Arbella Insurance recently donated 150 “sun- safe” gift bags to South Shore Hospital’s newest parents and their newborns.

Made possible by a nearly $142,000 grant from the Dunkin’ Joy in Childhood Foundation, these modified rooms are calming, controlled spaces aimed at reducing stress, agitation, and anxiety for patients, particularly those who are neurodivergent or on the autism spectrum.
