The South Shore Health annual Golf Classic, held on May 20, generated a record-breaking $320,000 – with all proceeds earmarked for the organization’s implementation of Behavioral Health services and initiatives.

In what is sure to be one of the most talked about signature events on the South Shore this year, the 18th annual South Shore Health Moonlight & Miracles Gala will be a DRIVE-IN event hosted by radio and TV personality, Billy Costa.

Despite 2020’s numerous challenges, attendees of this signature event delivered on their promise to help people with substance use disorders and behavioral health needs.

South Shore Health’s 33rd annual Golf Classic is set for Monday, May 23, and will be held at two locations: Plymouth Country Club and the Pinehills Golf Club in Plymouth, Mass.

All fundraising will support behavioral health or cancer care services and programs on the South Shore.

South Shore Health System has partnered with several local agencies, including the Weymouth and Norwell Police Departments, to provide safe, convenient and responsible means of disposing unwanted and expired medications.
