A smoothie is a refreshing and healthy way to begin your summer day!
Here is one of our favorite healthy smoothie recipes that only takes a few minutes to prepare.

1 medium banana
½ Cup blueberries
5 Large strawberries
½ Cup 1 % milk
½ Cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
1 Teaspoon honey
3-4 Ice cubes

Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
