Colleague Spotlight: Celebrating James Queenan!

Each month, South Shore Health gives the Colleague Spotlight Award to a colleague who demonstrates exemplary behaviors, actions, and/or work practices that reflect the values of South Shore Health.

We're proud to celebrate James Queenan as our Colleague Spotlight Award recipient for January!

James is a Patient Coordinator at South Shore Health's Specialty Clinics, located at 2 Pond Park in Hingham.

James is known for his kind demeanor, his patience, and for building friendships with the patients of the Specialty Clinics.

"He is so kind and patient with everybody," said Debra Zaino, Office Manager, Specialty Clinics. "He's really friendly and welcoming...people just adore him."

James embraces his ability to help patients in his role as Patient Coordinator.

"I love being able to help patients in this role," he said. "Being able to help them get their appointments, get in as soon as possible. Most of the people calling [have]...pretty debilitating issues. We try to get them help as soon as possible."
