I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University, and I received my medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. I completed his surgical and urological residencies at the Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. Upon my graduation, I joined South Shore Urology. I am certified by the American Board of Urology and I strive to provide the highest quality patient care in a compassionate environment.

I have been providing medical and surgical foot and ankle care to the greater South Shore community since 1996. I first joined the medical staff of South Shore Hospital in 1997 and have been working with South Shore Medical Center since 2004. Some of my clinical interests include Podiatric Surgery and Sports Medicine of the foot and ankle.

I have had the pleasure of practicing in surgical specialties in community-based hospitals over the last several years. I love working in community hospitals because it is small enough to give patients personalized care but also large enough to provide the best specialized care. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, taking care of my chickens and hiking.

My philosophy is to always take the time to listen to the patient's concerns and do my best to address them.

I am a Cum Laude graduate of Tufts University, and I earned my medical degree at the Tufts University School of Medicine. I completed my surgical residency at New York Medical College, and my urological residency at Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, NY. I came to South Shore Urology on completion of his residency. I am certified with the American Board of Urology and I am passionate about providing high quality patient care in a compassionate environment.

Having sustained a major trauma or having undergone any kind of surgery (major or minor) can be extremely stressful. I often find myself treating patients and talking with families when they are often feeling at their worst. This is the time when I feel my warm personality and compassion can be the biggest contributors to alleviating some of that stress and anxiety. Outside of my practice, I prefer to spend time with my family enjoying the splendors of the South Shore.

Establishing a good patient-physician relationship is crucial to help provide the best care. I believe in allowing ample time in a visit to listen to my patients' needs and thoroughly explain their diagnosis and treatment plan. Most podiatric issues can be treated with aggressive conservative therapy, although when surgical intervention is necessary, I will communicate that to the patient in a direct and concise manner. 

I received my undergraduate degree from Harvard University. I completed my medical degree at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, NJ. My surgical and urological residency took place at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, NY. I am certified with the American Board of Urology and am passionate about providing high quality patient care in a compassionate environment.

My focus is to manage and treat patients with a variety of Urologic disorders. I hope to educate them on future prevention of these issues as well. I look forward to assisting in providing surgical treatment for patients with different Urologic cancers.

My interest in medicine was first sparked when my father was diagnosed with esophageal cancer when I was nine years old. I went to Northeastern University for my undergraduate studies and Cornell Medicine for my PA degree. I enjoy playing a variety of sports and spending time with my wife and two kids in my free time.

Patients with vascular disease often face many challenges—medical and otherwise. Consequently, I recognize that there are many important aspects to your care.  I also appreciate that having surgery is a major life event. With all of this in mind, I will do my best to provide you with patient-centered, high quality, effective and compassionate care.
