Prenatal Aquatic Fitness - Tuesdays, 5 PM

Prenatal Aquatic Fitness classes are perfect for expecting mothers looking to stay active and improve core strength, increase energy level, and work on flexibility before their little one arrives.

Led by an exercise therapist, this class is held in South Shore Hospital's heated therapeutic pool. Class size is limited, with each participant receiving personalized instruction.

The cost of this class is $40 for four classes per month.
