My mission is to teach patients preventative measures to avoid disease processes.

It is a privilege to help patients understand their disease processes and actively participate in their care and decision making.

It is a privilege to help people in need get back to being healthy. Individualized care plans and communication are paramount to practicing medicine, I strive to provide the care patients need. Outside of work, I like to try new sports and spend time with family; diligently working to excel in golf.

As a primary care clinician, I have the opportunity to develop a trusting partnership with my patients and their families to help them live a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy diagnosing and treating the various illnesses that affect patients during their lifetime, and take great pleasure in seeing them recover. It is important for me to listen carefully to my patients' concerns so we can work together to meet their individual healthcare needs.  

In my free time, I enjoy swimming, running, cycling, and skiing, in addition to spending time with my husband, adult children, and our new granddaughter.

My journey to becoming a physician has led me not only to multiple states, but also abroad to Haiti and Jordan on medical mission trips. I am continually learning from my patients and their experiences. I translate this clinical knowledge to all of my new patients. 

Outside of work I enjoy exercising, traveling, and spending time with my family

My goal is to use my experience and training to provide personalized OB/GYN care to women to achieve healthy pregnancies and lifestyles.

I knew at the age of 5 that I wanted to be a doctor. All of my life choices have led me here. I could never see myself in any other career. It is a privilege to support and guide my patients through their hardest times, while also experiencing the joy of their happiest times. I love to tailor their medical care to them as individuals, focused on their needs and lifestyles to achieve the best outcomes. Personally, I enjoy spending tune with my family and friends, entertaining and traveling.
