My mission is to educate patients on their health conditions and provide personalized care to patients and their families.

I am passionate about providing the best possible care to patients. Entering the hospital can be a scary and stressful time for patients and their families. As a provider, I hope to ease this transition and cater to patient’s physical and emotional needs. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, hiking, exercising, and spending time with my family.

My mission is to provide exceptional urological care. 

I graduated from Wake Forest School of Medicine with a Master of Medical Science. As a Physician Assistant, I have been practicing Urology for over 15 years. I am a compassionate provider and focus on treatment plans that are individualized. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my husband and dog Murphy.

My treatment philosophy is to empower patients to be as healthy as they can be through a holistic approach.

I want to help patients feel the best they can. I believe focusing on nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, and doing things that make you happy make a huge difference in people’s health. Listening to what patients have to say is of utmost importance. I have been described as a good listener by some of my patients.

I am honored to treat and work with my patients. When I am not working, I am running marathons or trails, skiing, biking or cooking. Health and wellness are some of my passions.

My goal is to ensure patients feel that their concerns are thoroughly and thoughtfully addressed, in addition to remaining actively involved in their long-term skin care needs.

I joined South Shore Medical Center in 2015. My practice includes evaluating, treating, and counseling patients of all ages and skin types, while providing up-to-date medical knowledge in a caring, patient, and humble manner. I'm especially passionate about sun safety education and prevention. 

With my role in healthcare I want to ensure that patients feel well informed and comfortable making decisions about their care.

I enjoy being able to work with patients from a variety of different back grounds and help them through their hospital stay. I want patients to feel informed and included in their health care decisions. Outside of work I enjoy doing anything to move my body from rock climbing and skiing to running and strength training.

My goal is to communicate effectively with patients so they have the understanding to make informed decisions for their own health. It is very humbling to work in a field that involves caring for others. I am continually inspired by my patients and the ability grow a patient-provider relationship over time.  As health care professionals, patients are the focal point of all that we do. Outside of work I enjoy being active outdoors, playing piano, and spending time with loved ones. 

My goal is to establish open communication with patients so we can work together on taking ownership of their health and wellness.

I enjoy the meaningful relationships I have built and the inspiration I draw from patients every day in clinic. A healthy dialogue is an important part of the provider-patient relationship. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, writing, and staying active outdoors.
