My objective is to help my patients manage and maintain their physical and mental health. 

I truly enjoy working with and helping my patients to be their healthiest versions of themselves. I enjoy the long-term relationships that I have developed. it is important to me to take the time to listen, communicate, and build trust with my patients. 

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, lifting weights, and spending time with my friends and family.  

My mission is to relieve pain and suffering by healing patients' wounds as fast as possible.

I have been practicing plastic surgery with an emphasis on complex wounds since 1999.  In addition to providing advanced wound care, surgical treatment and hyperbaric oxygen therapy, I am passionate about educating the next generation of physicians and participating in research that will transform the science of wound care. As the Research Director, I coordinate and lead clinical trials of potential new wound  therapies, providing the opportunity for our patients to participate in their own community.

I graduated from Colegio Nacional de San Isidro in Buenos Aires, Argentina and completed my medical degree at Buenos Aires University School of Medicine. My surgical and urological residency were spent at the Hospital Italiano in Buenos Aires. I was an attending Urologist at Hospital Roffo in Buenos Aires until I came to the United States. At that point I was a Urology Fellow working on a research project at the Children’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston. I completed my American residencies in urology and surgery at the University of Massachusetts.

I enjoy spending time with my wife and three children.
