My mission is to teach patients how better health habits can prevent many diseases.  

It is a privilege to help people and establish long-term relationships with my patients. I believe that everyone's medical care should be individually tailored. We all have unique characteristics that need to be considered when deciding a treatment plan. Communication is paramount. Outside of work, I love rock climbing and surfing; however, most importantly I love spending time with my family.

I am a dedicated and patient focused physician with comprehensive experience in hospital settings. I hold a great regard for detail, accuracy and follow through and can make decisions in a fast paced and unpredictable environment. I value communication with patient, their families, my colleagues and support staff to provide very best care for our patients.

With compassionate care, I love to help people come out of their suffering. I believe that every individual is different so we should respect them and treat appropriately. Good communication is always very crucial. During my free time I love to listen music, play guitar. Also, I like meditation, yoga/ pranayam. However, most importantly I love spending time with my family.

I received my undergraduate degree from Harvard University. I completed my medical degree at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Camden, NJ. My surgical and urological residency took place at the State University of New York Health Science Center in Brooklyn, NY. I am certified with the American Board of Urology and am passionate about providing high quality patient care in a compassionate environment.

My ideal day off would include spending time with my family, a good cup of coffee and mountain biking through the woods.  Sitting down for a few minutes to play the piano or guitar brings me joy.   We enjoy weekend trips to the Berkshires, NH and Maine for a change in scenery.

I was born and raised in the Boston area.  After a long period of schooling and training across the country (New Hampshire, Ohio, California, Pennsylvania), I have been honored to return home to take good care of my people!  When not fixing retinas, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and three children.
