South Shore Medical Center has been looking at the way we deliver care for people who are experiencing issues that are often difficult to discuss, even in the confines of a confidential exam room.

If you’re one of the millions of workers currently doing your job remotely, there’s a good chance you didn’t have ergonomics on your mind when you initially set up your workstation. After all, many people were forced to work from the couch, the kitchen table, or a spare bedroom when remote work began.

As they continued to see sicker and more complex patients, South Shore VNA needed a space to hold hands-on trainings for caregivers. The Friends of South Shore Health stepped up to make it happen.
