I developed an interest in pediatrics early in my medical career and continue to love working with children. I have the privilege of getting to know patients well by following them through infancy, childhood, and adolescence. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling and exploring Boston.

I love caring for children and their families, whether it be supporting parents as they learn how to care for their newborns or helping a sick child recover from an acute illness. I believe in shared decision-making and incorporating each family's individual needs and goals into their child's care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, running, and traveling.

Lisa believes that patients deserve safe and individualized care that is rooted in evidence. She earned her BSN from the George Washington University. She worked in the Medical ICU at Georgetown University until coming to Boston College to earn her DNP in Nurse Anesthesiology. She lives in Chestnut Hill and loves to attend group fitness classes and vacation in warm destinations.

Dr. Devan grew up in New Hampshire and received a bachelor's degree in engineering at RPI. He earned his MD at Tufts in 2017 and completed his urology residency at Maine Medical Center in 2022. His focus is general urology and robotics. He enjoys developing a shared treatment plan with his patients. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his husband and family.

I enjoy taking care of my patients and including their families and the entire treatment team in the process. 

I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University, and I received my medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. I completed his surgical and urological residencies at the Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. Upon my graduation, I joined South Shore Urology. I am certified by the American Board of Urology and I strive to provide the highest quality patient care in a compassionate environment.
