Developing healthy, trusting relationships with my patients is a passion of mine. Preventative medicine is key to a long, healthy life. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my french bulldog, Lilo, playing video games, hiking, traveling, and kayaking.

My mission is to educate and support patients to become knowledgeable and interactive in their medical management.

It is a privilege to encourage open communication and establish a trusting relationship with my patients.  I aim to empower active participation, fostering a more favorable outcome throughout their medical journey.

I enjoy caring for children through each stage of development. Promoting lifelong health is important but I also feel confident using medical expertise and resources to support families through acute and chronic illness. Outside of work I love spending time with my husband and two daughters.

My mission is to teach patients preventative measures to avoid disease processes.
