My goal is to care for our patients as we would our loved ones: with expertise, compassion, and respect.

I grew up in the Chicago area and graduated from University of Chicago before moving to Boston for medical training at Boston University, followed by residency at Boston Medical Center.

I have been a hospitalist attending physician at South Shore Hospital since 2012. I married in 2006 and have two girls.

My philosophy is to develop an ongoing patient-physician relationship focused on comprehensive health care incorporating preventative care, chronic disease management, and treatment of acute illnesses and injuries.

As a family doctor, I am dedicated to treating the whole person. I aim to develop long-term relationships to understand each patient, and to provide continuing health care for the individual and family. I integrate care for patients of all genders and every age from newborns to seniors, and I advocate for the patient in our complex health care system. I have had the fortune to work as a general practitioner in New Zealand which allowed me to gain insight into alternative health care systems and approaches to preventative care and disease management. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, cooking, and reading.

I strive to provide excellent care to my patients and to help them understand their conditions through education.

As a rheumatologist, my goal is to take care of my patients as individuals and to work together with them to find the most effective treatment plan. I am passionate about helping patients with rheumatologic conditions find relief with the therapies we have available today. Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

My objective is to help my patients manage and maintain their physical and mental health. 

I truly enjoy working with and helping my patients to be their healthiest versions of themselves. I enjoy the long-term relationships that I have developed. it is important to me to take the time to listen, communicate, and build trust with my patients. 

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, hiking, reading, lifting weights, and spending time with my friends and family.  

I am the Medical Director of Population Health for South Shore Health and divide my time between administration and patient care. My administrative interests include integration of care, professional development, and community centered program development. I value long-term relationships with my patients and find it a privilege to care for patients over their lifespan.

I grew up in Duxbury, MA on the South Shore and attended Colby College in Maine. I then obtained my Master of Science degree at Mercer University School of Medicine in Georgia. After securing those credentials I attended MGH Institute of Health Professions for PA school, where I graduated in 2021. I take pride in getting to know each patient, their specific medical condition and then guiding them through difficult medical pathways and stressful circumstances. I enjoy my work/life balance and love traveling, workout classes, skiing, and everything wellness.

I try to have a collaborative approach to disease management and prevention, with an eye towards the most value for the patient's dollar.

I have been lucky enough to be a family physician since 2010. Since then, I have worked to provide cost-effective and compassionate care for my patients. I'm also committed to advocacy for my patients and fellow MD's outside the office, though my role on the Massachusetts Academy of Family Physicians. I enjoy traveling, hiking, gardening, and computer gaming, when my young children allow any of them.

My mission is to provide exceptional urological care. 

I graduated from Wake Forest School of Medicine with a Master of Medical Science. As a Physician Assistant, I have been practicing Urology for over 15 years. I am a compassionate provider and focus on treatment plans that are individualized. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, and spending time with my husband and dog Murphy.
