I came to medicine from the business world, and it has been incredibly rewarding to focus my energy and abilities on helping people who are acutely ill. I believe that really listening to patients and their families is the key to providing exceptional care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young children.

I love caring for children and their families, whether it be supporting parents as they learn how to care for their newborns or helping a sick child recover from an acute illness. I believe in shared decision-making and incorporating each family's individual needs and goals into their child's care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, running, and traveling.

Outside of work, | enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and excercising. 

I am board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, with clinical epidemiology training. My clinical expertise include assisting geriatric patients with informed-decision making based on risk factors and predictors of long-term functional outcomes, and implementing interventions to optimize functional and cognitive outcomes.
