I find great satisfaction in treating the whole person and not just their illness. Understanding a patient's unique outlook on life is paramount to providing proper care. Each patient has a voice which should not only be heard but appreciated.

Outside of work, I enjoy time in the woods; hiking, fishing and kayaking with family and friends. 

Being trusted as a physician to treat patients', sometimes life threatening, medical conditions is a privilege and responsibility I thrive to honor every day. Helping hospitalized patients and their families to cope with changes during these stressful times is crucial to achieve better medical outcomes and to improve the well-being of the community as a whole. 

Outside of work, I like to watch soccer, Crossfit training, travel the world and take photographs. 

My goal is to help patients and families manage the acute illness that lead to hospitalization and transition to a healthy life outside the hospital environment.

I am passionate about effective management of acute medical issues while providing clear and concise medical information. In addition to clinical practice, I am interested in using technology innovations to improve patient health.

Outside of work, I am an avid SCUBA diver. 

I am Director of GK Dermatology, PC, in Weymouth, Clinical Associate Professor of Dermatology at Brown University, and Professor of Dermatology at Jundiaí Medical School, Brazil. My practice focuses on Medical Dermatology, Phototherapy, and Laser Surgery. I have authored more than 100 articles and chapters and edited 2 monographs and 3 books.

I provide conventional and alternative healthcare modalities throughout the life span.

As a nurse practitioner I have really enjoyed the connections made with my patients.  I strive to always provide optimum patient care, and I love learning from them. My other interests include spending time with my family, traveling and a nice sunny day at the beach.  Every day I try to incorporate and encourage others with simple mindfulness and complementary medicine such as yoga, reiki and meditation.

Working in pediatrics is truly a rewarding experience. I have been humbled in my career as families have trusted me as part of their child's medical team. I am constantly in awe of the curiosity, perceptiveness, and resilience of the pediatric patient. I love educating patients and families and learning from them as well. My current hobbies include chasing after my two little girls, spending time with family and friends, and giving my English Bulldog Bella lots of belly rubs!

Surgery can be a vulnerable time for patients. As an anesthesia provider, I find it rewarding to help people feel at ease prior to their procedures through listening and collaboration. Ultimately, no two anesthetics are the same, and having the opportunity to work with my patients to create a plan that tailors to their needs is what makes anesthesia so fulfilling. Outside of work, I enjoy running, gardening, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. 

My goal is to establish open communication with patients so we can work together on taking ownership of their health and wellness.

I enjoy the meaningful relationships I have built and the inspiration I draw from patients every day in clinic. A healthy dialogue is an important part of the provider-patient relationship. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, writing, and staying active outdoors.

It is a privilege to treat patients compassionately in our community. I strive for excellence, open communication, accessibility, and long-term relationships. Outside of work, I especially love spending time with my family, swimming, bicycling, tennis, golf, sailing, photography, and magic.

The root of the word “doctor” originated from the latin word docere, which means to teach. My philosophy as a doctor is to teach and educate my patients on their conditions and general health.

I love to learn and, therefore, I chose being a doctor as my profession. Being a physician means a life time of learning about diseases and medicine, but more importantly, I get to learn the story behind each of my patients.

Outside of work, I love to learn to sail, and flying. I am also an avid rock climber, hiker, and traveler.
