My goal is to partner with my patients and their support teams to manage illness and promote health and wellbeing.

It is a privilege to provide care to members of our community during a time that can be overwhelmingly challenging hospitalizations. I strive to provide efficient and effective care to get patients back to feeling their best selves as soon as possible.  I feel it is important to provide individualized care, focused on the individual and not the illness. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and black Labrador, Max!

As a medical student, I was unsure what my clinical focus would be. Once I saw my first delivery, it was clear that this was my future. I started my internship and residency training here in Boston. After moving to California and spending several years practicing there, I knew I wanted to return to Massachusetts. I have been at South Shore Hospital for nearly ten years now and am grateful to work with the women of the South Shore. After many years practicing both Obstetrics and Gynecology, I realized my true love was the Birthing Unit and transitioned to a Laborist position. I am privileged every day to be part of something so amazing and love that I get to share in such an important family experience.

My treatment philosophy and ultimate goal is to collaborate with families to achieve the best birth experience while helping to ensure the wellbeing of mom and baby.

I believe completely in treating each of my patients as an individual. I believe that really listening can be just as important as any physical exam or test. Outside of my work in medicine I am a musician and I enjoy reading and spending time with my dog.

I am a dedicated and patient focused physician with comprehensive experience in hospital settings. I hold a great regard for detail, accuracy and follow through and can make decisions in a fast paced and unpredictable environment. I value communication with patient, their families, my colleagues and support staff to provide very best care for our patients.

An admission to the hospital can be a very stressful time, no matter what the diagnosis is. While treating a patient's condition, I believe education and communication is very important. I enjoy spending time with my patients and their family, discussing their condition, and developing a treatment plan. Outside of work, my biggest joy is my family. 

My treatment philosophy is to establish good rapport with patients during their difficult moments, and to focus on shared decision-making while working on treatment plans and management of acute issues.

I have been practicing medicine for more than 20 years now. I like communicating with patients while focusing on their medical issues and helping formulate plans to meet the treatment needs. Apart from medicine, I enjoy spending time with my two boys, cooking and baking. I am an avid nature lover and enjoy hiking. Exploring new places brings me true happiness. Yoga and meditation helps me unwind after hectic days. 

It is a privilege to help people,and manage and coordinate exceptional patient care in the hospital. I believe that everyone's medical care should be individually tailored. We all have unique characteristics that need to be considered when deciding a treatment plan. Communication is paramount. Outside of work, I love reading and spending time with my family.

Treatment of disease begins with a correct diagnosis, using all of the available clinical and laboratory data available. While we do not have the same visibility to the patient as their primary care provider or surgeon, pathologists are an integral part of every patient's health care team, assuring that their physicians have accurate and timely pathology and laboratory data on which to act.  Away from the office, I'm a singer and cellist - you can find your way to my office by following the music.

My focus is to provide high quality health care and excellent communication with my patients. 

I have worked clinically as a PA since 2014 in a variety of health care settings including hospitals, clinics, and subacute rehabs. This has provided me a deeper understanding of the healthcare system and the trajectory of the patient experience across multiple healthcare settings. Outside of work, I love music, traveling, and food.

I came to medicine from the business world, and it has been incredibly rewarding to focus my energy and abilities on helping people who are acutely ill. I believe that really listening to patients and their families is the key to providing exceptional care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two young children.
