I really enjoy working with the pediatric population. Kids are so energetic, willing to learn and eager to challenge themselves. The beauty of pediatric primary care is that one day is never the same, every child is so unique. There is always new knowledge to gain. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, running, swimming, and vacationing on Cape Cod. 

I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University, and I received my medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. I completed his surgical and urological residencies at the Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. Upon my graduation, I joined South Shore Urology. I am certified by the American Board of Urology and I strive to provide the highest quality patient care in a compassionate environment.

My goal is to ensure patients feel that their concerns are thoroughly and thoughtfully addressed, in addition to remaining actively involved in their long-term skin care needs.

I joined South Shore Medical Center in 2015. My practice includes evaluating, treating, and counseling patients of all ages and skin types, while providing up-to-date medical knowledge in a caring, patient, and humble manner. I'm especially passionate about sun safety education and prevention. 

My mission is to diagnose, educate and treat patients about their orthopedic conditions.

Whether the time we spend together is short or long term, I strive to ensure all patients understand the nature of their conditions, and I look forward to see their progression and improvement throughout our journey together. I was born and raised in Weymouth, because of this, I am excited and honored to serve the community I grew up in.

Dr. Devan grew up in New Hampshire and received a bachelor's degree in engineering at RPI. He earned his MD at Tufts in 2017 and completed his urology residency at Maine Medical Center in 2022. His focus is general urology and robotics. He enjoys developing a shared treatment plan with his patients. Outside of medicine, he enjoys spending time with his husband and family.

I was drawn to family medicine because joining patients on their journeys to healthier, happier lifestyles is incredibly rewarding. I strive to always provide care that is patient-centered and evidence-based in both primary care and the hospital. Outside of medicine, I love traveling and enjoying new restaurants with my wife.

I take great pride in the opportunity to improve patients' lives. Everyone has their own story and I do not view patients as defined by their age or conditions. I seek to work with the individual in order to help them be better. Outside of work, I enjoy golf and spending time with my family. 

It is a privilege to treat patients compassionately in our community. I strive for excellence, open communication, accessibility, and long-term relationships. Outside of work, I especially love spending time with my family, swimming, bicycling, tennis, golf, sailing, photography, and magic.

I've worked in the pediatric health care field since high school and by the time I went to college, I knew it would be my career. Children are all different, there is no lock and key to the care and respect they deserve. It's been an honor working with so many wonderful patients and their families, especially watching them grow and take on new aspects of life. Outside of work, I love the outdoors, gardening and traveling with my husband.

I am the Medical Director of Population Health for South Shore Health and divide my time between administration and patient care. My administrative interests include integration of care, professional development, and community centered program development. I value long-term relationships with my patients and find it a privilege to care for patients over their lifespan.
