I find great satisfaction in treating the whole person and not just their illness. Understanding a patient's unique outlook on life is paramount to providing proper care. Each patient has a voice which should not only be heard but appreciated.

Outside of work, I enjoy time in the woods; hiking, fishing and kayaking with family and friends. 

My goal is to ensure patients feel that their concerns are thoroughly and thoughtfully addressed, in addition to remaining actively involved in their long-term skin care needs.

I joined South Shore Medical Center in 2015. My practice includes evaluating, treating, and counseling patients of all ages and skin types, while providing up-to-date medical knowledge in a caring, patient, and humble manner. I'm especially passionate about sun safety education and prevention. 

I have had the pleasure of practicing in surgical specialties in community-based hospitals over the last several years. I love working in community hospitals because it is small enough to give patients personalized care but also large enough to provide the best specialized care. Outside of work, I enjoy baking, taking care of my chickens and hiking.

My philosophy is to always take the time to listen to the patient's concerns and do my best to address them.

My goal is to communicate effectively with patients so they have the understanding to make informed decisions for their own health. It is very humbling to work in a field that involves caring for others. I am continually inspired by my patients and the ability grow a patient-provider relationship over time.  As health care professionals, patients are the focal point of all that we do. Outside of work I enjoy being active outdoors, playing piano, and spending time with loved ones. 

My goal is to establish open communication with patients so we can work together on taking ownership of their health and wellness.

I enjoy the meaningful relationships I have built and the inspiration I draw from patients every day in clinic. A healthy dialogue is an important part of the provider-patient relationship. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, writing, and staying active outdoors.

I am the Medical Director of Population Health for South Shore Health and divide my time between administration and patient care. My administrative interests include integration of care, professional development, and community centered program development. I value long-term relationships with my patients and find it a privilege to care for patients over their lifespan.

Having sustained a major trauma or having undergone any kind of surgery (major or minor) can be extremely stressful. I often find myself treating patients and talking with families when they are often feeling at their worst. This is the time when I feel my warm personality and compassion can be the biggest contributors to alleviating some of that stress and anxiety. Outside of my practice, I prefer to spend time with my family enjoying the splendors of the South Shore.

My mission is to provide comprehensive care and holistic support to patients throughout their cancer journey.

With over a decade of service in healthcare, I have expertise in clinical practice, research, and patient-centered care. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from UMASS Worcester. My experience ranges across inpatient and outpatient settings, including hematology, oncology, clinical research, medical/surgical care, and primary care.  Outside work, I enjoy sailing and spending time with my family including our dog Una. 

I am originally from Russia. I underwent undergraduate and medical school education in Texas, and moved to the Boston area for postgraduate training in 2001. 

I have practiced in Dorchester and Weymouth, Massachusetts since 2006. I joined South Shore Medical Center and South Shore Hospital in the Fall of 2017.

I am an experienced pulmonologist who provides care for multiple pulmonary diseases, including COPD, asthma, sarcoidosis, interstitial lung disease, lung nodules and lung cancer.
 

My goal is to partner with my patients and their support teams to manage illness and promote health and wellbeing.

It is a privilege to provide care to members of our community during a time that can be overwhelmingly challenging hospitalizations. I strive to provide efficient and effective care to get patients back to feeling their best selves as soon as possible.  I feel it is important to provide individualized care, focused on the individual and not the illness.
