My mission is to educate and support patients to become knowledgeable and interactive in their medical management.

It is a privilege to encourage open communication and establish a trusting relationship with my patients.  I aim to empower active participation, fostering a more favorable outcome throughout their medical journey.

I developed an interest in pediatrics early in my medical career and continue to love working with children. I have the privilege of getting to know patients well by following them through infancy, childhood, and adolescence. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling and exploring Boston.

I am originally from Cambridge, Massachusetts. I practiced in Quincy for 30 years before coming to South Shore Medical Center in 2002. I am experienced in abdominal surgery, trauma, and management of skin and soft tissue tumors.
