It is a privilege to help people in need get back to being healthy. Individualized care plans and communication are paramount to practicing medicine, I strive to provide the care patients need. Outside of work, I like to try new sports and spend time with family; diligently working to excel in golf.

Communication is the single most important tool in medicine which I try to achieve every day.

In my free time I enjoy cooking, spending time outdoors, and being with friends and family.

People come to the orthopedic surgeon seeking relief from pain and improved function. It is my goal to create a trusting doctor-patient relationship and make a treatment plan together. We have the same desire: for you to get better and back to life.

My journey to becoming a physician has led me not only to multiple states, but also abroad to Haiti and Jordan on medical mission trips. I am continually learning from my patients and their experiences. I translate this clinical knowledge to all of my new patients. 

Outside of work I enjoy exercising, traveling, and spending time with my family

I enjoy the challenge of the diagnostic process of medicine, which is one of the many reasons I have chosen to work as a nocturnist, which is a hospital-based physician who works overnight. In my free time, I've been known to read books about the American Revolution and Colonial Period, or attend hard rock/metal concerts. Also, '90s music is in my head all of the time. 

I love caring for children of all ages, and I appreciate the unique perspective they bring to each visit. I believe in providing evidence based care as well as collaborating with families to establish healthy habits for children. I enjoy getting to know patients and families and watching them grow and develop over time. Outside of work, I enjoy running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Whether the time we spend together is short or long term, I strive to ensure all patients understand the nature of their conditions, and I look forward to see their progression and improvement throughout our journey together. I was born and raised in Weymouth, because of this, I am excited and honored to serve the community I grew up in.

I am board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, with clinical epidemiology training. My clinical expertise include assisting geriatric patients with informed-decision making based on risk factors and predictors of long-term functional outcomes, and implementing interventions to optimize functional and cognitive outcomes.   

My mission is to provide high-quality, patient-centered care by using a holistic approach.

Outside of work, | enjoy spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and excercising.
