I love caring for children and their families, whether it be supporting parents as they learn how to care for their newborns or helping a sick child recover from an acute illness. I believe in shared decision-making and incorporating each family's individual needs and goals into their child's care. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, running, and traveling.

Developing healthy, trusting relationships with my patients is a passion of mine. Preventative medicine is key to a long, healthy life. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my french bulldog, Lilo, playing video games, hiking, traveling, and kayaking.

I am board certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine, with clinical epidemiology training. My clinical expertise include assisting geriatric patients with informed-decision making based on risk factors and predictors of long-term functional outcomes, and implementing interventions to optimize functional and cognitive outcomes.   

I believe completely in treating each of my patients as an individual. I believe that really listening can be just as important as any physical exam or test. Outside of my work in medicine I am a musician and I enjoy reading and spending time with my dog.
