My mission is to give the same care to my patients as I would want for my family or myself.    

I was born and raised in the Boston area.  After a long period of schooling and training across the country (New Hampshire, Ohio, California, Pennsylvania), I have been honored to return home to take good care of my people!  When not fixing retinas, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my wife and three children.

It is a privilege and an honor to stand alongside patients and their families during some of the most difficult times they may face. I strive to provide thoughtful, effective, and compassionate care while maintaining clear and honest communication throughout the treatment and recovery process in the ICU. So you can get to know me, some of my hobbies include Dodgers baseball, music, gaming, and exercise. I also enjoy traveling around the world with my lovely wife.

My goal is to care for our patients as we would our loved ones: with expertise, compassion, and respect.

I grew up in the Chicago area and graduated from University of Chicago before moving to Boston for medical training at Boston University, followed by residency at Boston Medical Center.

I have been a hospitalist attending physician at South Shore Hospital since 2012. I married in 2006 and have two girls.

It is a privilege to help people in need get back to being healthy. Individualized care plans and communication are paramount to practicing medicine, I strive to provide the care patients need. Outside of work, I like to try new sports and spend time with family; diligently working to excel in golf.
