The Grayken Center for Treatment at South Shore Health is a collection of substance use disorder (SUD) and behavioral health services and initiatives.
Our location at 797 Main Street is home to two of the Grayken Center's programs; the outpatient bridge program and the perinatal behavioral health program.
This expanded facility allows South Shore Health to offer our behavioral health and substance use disorder services in a quiet, comfortable setting. We meet patients in private offices or exam rooms, and can facilitate group meetings in multipurpose conference rooms.
797 Main Street is not a 24/7 facility.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please call Aspire Health Alliance at 800-528-4890, or call 911.
