Town of Hanover, South Shore Health Partner to Expand Mobile Integrated Health

South Shore Health has partnered with the town of Hanover to launch a mobile integrated health (MIH) program in that community, allowing residents to receive medical care in the comfort of their homes.

The program will focus on providing care for at-risk populations and for residents who are over the age of 65. It will also offer in-home COVID-19 testing for eligible patients.

“The goal is really to target those populations who are most at risk, both from coming to the hospital or their primary care doctor’s office,” said Kelly Lannutti, DO, medical director for MIH at South Shore Health, in an interview with Boston 25 News.
