This distinguished award was presented at the ANAMASS Awards and Scholarship Gala on April 4, 2025, in Framingham, MA, recognizing Tim’s extraordinary contributions to the nursing profession and healthcare excellence.
Since joining South Shore Health in 2004 as Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), Tim has been instrumental in leading South Shore Hospital nurses to achieve multiple Magnet© designations from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)—one of the highest honors in healthcare.
A respected leader, Tim is admired for his collaborative spirit, innovative vision, and unwavering dedication to advancing the nursing profession.
Known as a goal-oriented system thinker and compassionate advocate, he tirelessly works to elevate patient care and empower his colleagues.
