We are thrilled to announce that the comprehensive technological upgrades at the Dana-Farber Brigham Cancer Center at South Shore Health, located at 51 Performance Drive in Weymouth, are now complete.

To mark this milestone, we recently held a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the new treatment suite, celebrating the enhanced capabilities that will directly benefit patients undergoing radiation therapy.
Among the key upgrades:
- A New Varian TrueBeam Linear Accelerator: This state-of-the-art radiation machine enables precise, efficient, and highly customized treatment, reducing unnecessary radiation exposure while improving comfort and treatment speed.
- An Upgraded GE Discovery CT Simulator: This advanced simulation technology ensures highly accurate treatment planning, allowing radiation oncologists to tailor therapies with exceptional precision.
The completion of these upgrades ensures that patients at both our 51 Performance Drive and 101 Columbian Street locations now benefit from uniformly advanced treatment capabilities, strengthening the impact of our multidisciplinary approach to cancer care.
