I am a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University, and I received my medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine. I completed his surgical and urological residencies at the Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY. Upon my graduation, I joined South Shore Urology. I am certified by the American Board of Urology and I strive to provide the highest quality patient care in a compassionate environment.

As a midwife, I affirm the powerful societal choice that women make when they choose to be actively involved in their healthcare.  I enjoy working collaboratively with families to find choices that are right for them. In my free time I enjoying rowing, cross stitch, and playing with my three cats.

I am a dedicated and patient focused physician with comprehensive experience in hospital settings. I hold a great regard for detail, accuracy and follow through and can make decisions in a fast paced and unpredictable environment. I value communication with patient, their families, my colleagues and support staff to provide very best care for our patients.

I have been a nurse practitioner since 2005 and truly love coming to work every day.  I feel so privileged to help kids when they aren't feeling well. Outside of work, I am a Mom to four kids. I feel like that helps my practice so much, I can totally relate to both the joy and stress of being a parent. I am married to a man that I have known since third grade, and we live in the town that we grew up in. I am a pretty lucky person.

My goal is to help empower women and families and encourage them to be active participants in their care. 

I became familiar with midwifery care 20 years ago when I gave birth to my daughter with a group of amazing midwives. I was an experienced Labor and Delivery nurse at the time but, after my experience with the midwives, I knew that becoming a midwife was my true calling. I find every birth that I attend to be unique and special in its own way. I strive to help women achieve the labor and birth they desire. Everyone is different, and I enjoy getting to know families and helping them navigate this very pivotal time in their lives. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, paddleboarding, and crocheting.
