I enjoy helping people stay healthy through preventative medicine, as well as treating both developing and ongoing health issues. I especially value getting to know my patients over time.

Developing healthy, trusting relationships with my patients is a passion of mine. Preventative medicine is key to a long, healthy life. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my french bulldog, Lilo, playing video games, hiking, traveling, and kayaking.

My mission is to educate and support patients to become knowledgeable and interactive in their medical management.
