Boston Marathon
The South Shore Health Foundation is proud to be an official partner of John Hancock in the Marathon Non-Profit Program for the 2020 Boston Marathon®.
Over the last nine years, our Boston Marathon team has raised more than $1.3 million for care in our community.
This year, Team South Shore Health had 21 members in the 124th Boston Marathon virtual experience from September 5-14, 2020.
Our runners dedicated themselves to raise funds for the Grayken Center for Treatment and the Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center in clinical affiliation with South Shore Hospital!
There is still time to donate! Please visit their fundraising pages to support Team South Shore Health.
The Grayken Center for Treatment at South Shore Health is a collection of behavioral health and substance use disorder (SUD) services and initiatives created to address the many needs of the communities we serve.
Each year, more than 1,000 new patients seek care at the Dana-Farber/Brigham and Women’s Cancer Center in clinical affiliation with South Shore Hospital. Funds raised by our team support those patients.
