July is the height of bug season in New England.
Join The Friends of South Shore Health and a local entomologist to learn more about the insects and arachnids behind our region's most common bug bites.
The presenter for this program will be entomologist Blake Dinius of Plymouth County 4H.
Blake will combine science with practical tips, discussing how to identify bugs, how they feed, and what attracts them to humans.
Most importantly, Blake will offer advice on what to do in the event or a bite or sting and share bug prevention strategies to help you fully enjoy summer.
This event will be held virtually via WebEx. It is free and open to the public. Registration is required.
To register, please call 781-624-8520 or email friends [at] southshorehealth.org.
