Led by Emily J. Pacetti, MS, RD, CSG, LDN, this presentation will explore the essential role that a balanced diet plays in maintaining health and well-being as we age.
Emily, who is Clinical Nutrition Manager at South Shore Health, will discuss key nutritional guidelines, trends, and fads. She'll also shed light on the importance of maintaining a nutrient-rich diet to support muscle mass and cognitive function to help maintain functional independence.
