​South Shore Visiting Nurse Association, (VNA), is one of the state’s largest providers of Medicare-certified home health care bringing specialized, compassionate care to South Shore communities for more than 100 years. Our caregivers are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year and consistently receive the highest patient satisfaction ratings from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. In addition, South Shore VNA earned the Gold Seal of Approval from the Joint Commission and Magnet Recognition for excellence in nursing practice.
