The Grayken Center for Treatment at 787 Main Street in Weymouth is a collection of substance use disorder (SUD) and behavioral health services and initiatives.

Currently, the Grayken Center for Treatment offers care at our outpatient bridge program. We also support women who are pregnant, or are post-partum, with their behavioral health and substance use disorder needs in our perinatal behavioral health program. The Grayken Center for Treatment also includes office-based addiction treatment in the primary care setting at South Shore Medical Center in Norwell.

Additionally, South Shore Health provides an addictions consult service to support the diagnosis of and access to immediate alcohol and substance use disorder treatment.

These programs are supported by a generous gift from John and Eilene Grayken of Cohasset.

The Grayken Center for Treatment:

  • Integrates behavioral health clinicians in South Shore Health ambulatory sites
  • Established a rapid care treatment location for people with SUD
  • Launched a Mobile Integrated Health program which will include our Emergency Department and Emergency Medical Services working alongside local police and fire agencies
  • Supports our collaboration with Aspire Health Alliance (formerly South Shore Mental Health)
  • Furthers our strong relationship with the Office Based Addiction Treatment (OBAT) program at Boston Medical Center (BMC)
