Colleague Spotlight: Celebrating Jeffrey Bailey!

Each month, South Shore Health gives the Colleague Spotlight Award to a colleague who demonstrates exemplary behaviors, actions, and/or work practices that reflect the values of South Shore Health.

We're thrilled to celebrate Jeffrey Bailey as the recipient of our Colleague Spotlight Award for March!

Jeff is a Desktop Engineer on our Information Systems Team. He was nominated by Bob Sanderson, Director of Information Systems, Governance Information Security Officer.

Bob and his team were faced with the challenge of patching workstations more regularly to maintain the highest level of security - and Jeff regularly stepped up with thoughtful and creative solutions, leading Bob to nominate him for this award.

"Jeff was terrific," said Sanderson. "[He] continuously brought forward solutions and options and recommendations."

"He helped develop the architecture for a more contemporary patching program," Sanderson added. "We're now patching all of our workstations every month."

"He puts people first," added Dave Shanahan, Manager - Systems and Servers Team. "He's always trying to use technology to help people, to make them be able to do their job better."
