    Three Easy Steps to Register as a New Patient
     

    1. Get to know our primary care doctors by visiting their profiles above. 
       
    2. Once you have selected a doctor, call our New Patient Registration line at 781-681-1686  Monday-Friday from 8 AM – 9 PM. You can also request a call from one of our new patient registration specialists. Our team member will register you or your family member as a patient and will confirm that we accept your health insurance. 
       
    3. Once you are a new patient, we will call you to schedule your first appointment. Please make sure to have your medical records sent to to us before your first appointment. You can fax them to 781-878-5044.
