This class is held on the 2nd & 4th Wednesday of each month.
Learn how to set achievable goals, eat healthy, exercise, plan quick and easy nutritious meals, decipher nutrition labels and packaging claims, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.These groups are facilitated by registered dietitians and include weight checks at each session. Participants receive healthy meal plans, recipes and lots of tools to manage their weight.
$100 for 8 sessions (due at first session). Sessions do not expire.
