An experienced South Shore Health exercise physiologist leads this program, which is specifically designed to meet the unique fitness needs of women. You’ll focus on weight-bearing activities to build muscle and bone strength, as well as movements to improve core strength and endurance, and increase your flexibility. Join us for a fun, engaging class!
