This class is for women who are looking to improve strength, flexibility, and body composition. Exercises include total-body stretching and strengthening combined with cardiovascular activities. Program benefits include improved endurance, increased muscle strength and energy and improved flexibility.

$37.50 for one class per week, $70 for 2 classes per week, $80 for three classes per week. Participants can mix and match any community exercise program classes.
Employees and members of the Friends of the South Shore get a discount as follows; $35 for one class per week, $65 for 2 classes per week, $75 for three classes per week.
